- 1 (4 to 5 lb.) brisket
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- Deep-dish foil lasagna pan

Step 1
Heat oven to 375° Trim brisket of fat. but don't remove all. Place in pan. fatty-side-up. Pour dry onion soup over brisket. Cover foil pan with additional foil. Place in oven for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours, checking occasionally,
Serve with potato pancakes.
