Ingredients
- 5 oz. chorizo
- 1 package (10 oz) Cacique Queso Quesadilla, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, diced
- 1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced plum tomatoes
- Diced jalapeno pepper, seeded, to taste
- Lime juice
- flour tortillas

Preparation
Step 1
Make Pico De Gallo with the green onions, cilantro, tomatoes, and green chilies.
Cook chorizo, drain and put in individual skillet. Cover with the shredded cheese.
Bake in 350 degree oven, 10-15 minutes, until golden.
Wrap tortilla in foil and put in oven after first 10 minutes to heat. Continue baking cheese until brown and bubbly.
Top with Pico de Gallo and serve with warmed flour tortillas
