Pecan Dreams

Ingredients

• 1 c butter
• 1/2 c powder sugar
• 2 c cake flour (sifted)
• 1/4 c chopped pecans
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix butter, powder sugar and vanilla. Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Add chopped pecans. Using approximately 1 tsp cookie mixture and make the shape of a crescent. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 18 to 20 minutes. Cookies should be slightly brown on edges. Dust with powder sugar.
