Ingredients
- 4 lb. country style pork ribs, bone-in
- 1 tea. salt
- 1/2 orange marmalade
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Step 1
Place ribs and salt in a large pot with a cover or a Dutch oven. Add enough water to just cover the ribs and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, to make the glaze, in a medium bowl, whisk to gether the marmalade, chili sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and oil. Set aside.
Preheat grill to medium. Oil the grates.
Grilll ribs, turning and basting with the glaze often, until the ribs are well browned and glossy, 20-30 minutes.
Transfer to a platter and serve.
