Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 3 TBSP Sugar
  • 1 12 oz can of beer (any variety will do)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (optional - drizzle on top to make crust golden and add flavor, but can be left off to cut fat)

Preparation

Step 1

Grease bread pan with butter or Crisco and coat with flour.
Mix flour, sugar and beer.
Place dough in pan and drizzle with butter (optional).
Bake at 350 degrees 50 minutes or until golden
