Ingredients
- 6 boneless pork loin chops (about 3/4" thick)
- 2 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbs orange juice
- 2 tbs fresh cilantro, snipped
- 1 tbs red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp hot chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1
Trim fat from chops.
For marinade, in a small bowl combine brown sugar, oil, orange juice, cilantro, vinegar, chili .powder, cumin, oregano, salt, red pepper (if desired), cinnamon, and garlic. Pour over chops in a zipper sealable bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours to 24 hours, turning occasionally.
Drain chops, discarding marinade.
Preheat gas grill and set at medium. Place chops on rack and grill for 8 minutes covered. Tum chops, re-cover, and continue cooking another 8 minutes or until done.
