LASAGNA ROLLS (sue's)

Ingredients

• 1 bx lasagna
• ricotta cheese
• mutzrella (grated)
• oregeno
• 1 egg
• ground chicken
• onions
• sues sauce
• garlic

Preparation

Step 1

1- cook lasagna according to pkg drain and place flat on wax paper

2- ricotta mixture: mix together egg oregno

3- meat mixture: brown ground turkey with onions garlic drain mix in some sue's sauce

4- Assemble: with lasgna flat spread meat sauce layer, then spread ricotta layer sprinkle with mutzrella cheese roll up

Place in dish.

5- After all rolls placed in dish add sauce top with sliced of mutzrella chesse

Bake 350o till done
