Ingredients

  • 6

    tbsp. butter

  • 3 1/4

    cups chocolate chips

  • 3

    extra large eggs

  • 1

    cup sugar

  • 1

    tbsp. instant coffee

  • 1/2

    tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/2

    cup flour

  • 1/4

    tsp. baking powder

  • 1/4

    tsp. salt

  • 1

    cup chopped walnuts

  • 2-3

    tbsp. heavy cream

Directions

Grease and flour pan and preheat oven to 325 convection bake. Melt butter in double boiler, stir in 2cups chips and stir til melted. Cool. Beat eggs, sugar, coffee and vanilla on meduim high speed til light and fluffy, aobut 3 minutes. Stir in the cooled chocolate, blend well. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, 1 cup chocolate chips and the nuts. Fold into batter until just combined. Pour into pan and bake for 38 minutes turning halfway. Let cool completely. Melt 1/4 cup chips with cream and drizzle over top of brownine.
