Parmesan English Muffin Sticks

Ingredients

• 1 loaf sliced english muffin toasting bread
• 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
• 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter
• 3 Tbsp mayo
• 2 green onions, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup fresh Reggiano-Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cut each slice into thirds

Combine cream cheese, olive oil, mayo and green onions mix until blended. Spread the mixture over each bread strip then dip into the Parmesan Cheese.

Arrange the bread on baking sheet. Broil until bubbly and golden brown, about 5 mintures.
