Ingredients

• 1 can beer
• 1 red onion, thinly sliced
• 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup lime juice
• 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 2 Tbsp. olive oil
• 1 Tbsp. lime zest, optional
• 1/2 tea. salt
• 1/2 tea. black pepper
• 1/2 tea. red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tea. ground cumin
