Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. cream cheese; softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • dash of cloves & nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs

Step 1

Mix cream cheese, sugar, & vanilla until blended. Add eggs; and mix until blended. Remove 1 cup batter; stir in pumpkin & spices. Sprinkle 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs in sprayed 9" pie plate. Pour remain plain batter into crust. Top with pumpkin batter.
Bake at 325° for 35 to 40 minutes.
