Ingredients
- 1 box Penne Rigate
- 2-3 tbs olive oil
- 1 each: yellow pepper, onion and garlic clove, chopped
- 1 jar (26 oz.) prepared pasta sauce (your favorite flavor)
- 3 grilled or cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley or basil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Saute pepper, onion and garlic in oil until tender.
3. Stir in pasta sauce, chicken and parsley or basil. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
4. Serve sauce mixture over pasta.
