Ingredients

  • 1 box Penne Rigate
  • 2-3 tbs olive oil
  • 1 each: yellow pepper, onion and garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 jar (26 oz.) prepared pasta sauce (your favorite flavor)
  • 3 grilled or cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley or basil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

2. Saute pepper, onion and garlic in oil until tender.

3. Stir in pasta sauce, chicken and parsley or basil. Simmer 2-3 minutes.

4. Serve sauce mixture over pasta.
