Ingredients

  • Meatballs:
  • 4 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 med-lg onion
  • 2 tbs parsley flakes
  • Sauce:
  • 3 (28 oz can) crushed tomato
  • 1 (29 oz can) tomato sauce
  • 2 (18 oz can) tomato paste
  • 3 (28 oz can) tomato puree
  • 2 tsp onion salt
  • 3 tsp sweet basil
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 2 tbs parsley
  • 1/2 tbs pepper
  • 1/2 tbs paprika

Preparation

Step 1

For meatballs, mix all the ingredients. Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake on 375° for 20-30 minutes.


For sauce, mix all ingredients and simmer.
