Sugar Cookies for Granddad *(GOOD)*

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
• 1 cup shortening
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine butter, shortening, eggs, and sugars until creamy.

Add dry ingredients.

Use a spoon or an ice cream scooper to drop onto cookie sheet; flatten slightly.

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
