Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
- 3 teaspoons freh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 (16-ounce) bag 3 -color deli coleslaw
- mix
- 1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, and sugar.
In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix, water chestnuts, and red pepper. Add vinegar mixture, tossing gently to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
