Ingredients

  • 1 can sliced or chunks pineapples
  • 1 can halved or sliced pears
  • 1 can halved or sliced peaches
  • 1 can apricots
  • 1 jar apple rings
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbs flour
  • 6 tbs butter
  • 1 cup Sherry

Preparation

Step 1

Drain fruit. Cut pineapple in half.

Arrange fruit in layers in deep casserole.
Layer pineapple, layer pears, etc.
Layer of pineapple rings last.
Combine sugar, flour, sherry. Stir until thickened. Pour over fruit.

Heat 20~25 minutes in 350° oven. Cool. Refrigerate overnight. Reheat 20-25 minutes.

Tastes better each time reheated.
