5 salad cucumbers
1 (8 oz) sour cream
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
1 tbs chopped fresh dill
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Step 1

Peel cucumbers and cut into very thin slices.

Whisk together sour cream and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in cucumbers. Serve immediately.
