Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 1 package Duncan Hines Deluxe White Cake Mix
- 1 (3 oz.) package lemon gelatin
- 3/4 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 cup Crisco or Puritan Oil
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine dry cake mix, gelatin, water, eggs and oil in mixer bowl. Beat for 5 minutes at medium speed. Turn into pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 20 to 25 minutes.
Pole holes through top of cake with toothpick, spacing holes about 1-inch apart.
Mix glaze ingredients and pour over warm cake.
