Banana Bundt Cake (w/ cake mix)

• 1 cup bananas (3 medium)
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 5 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Put bananas and oil in a blender and liquefy. Add this mixture and sugar to the cake mix. Beat thoroughly. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla. Combine brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon. Pour 1/2 batter into greased and floured Bundt pan. Sprinkle sugar, nuts and cinnamon mixture over batter. Pour remaining batter and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
