Ingredients

8 (3/4" - 1") chunks pineapple
4 slices jalapeno w/o seeds
1/2 cup tequila
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp. simple syrup
2 Tbsp. Cointreau
2 cups ice cubes, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Muddle poineapple and chiles., Mix in tequila, lime juice, simple syrup and Cointreau; then 1 cup ice cubes. Stir well to blend.

Divide 1 cup of ice between 2 glasses. Pour margarita mixture over ice.
