Teriyaki Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups Short grain rice
- 3 Tbsps Oil
- 1 Medium onion
- 4 Scallions
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook the rice as directed on the package, allow to cool.
2. Heat oil in a pan, dice the onions, scallions and add to the pan.
3. Saute for 6-8 minutes, till the onions are cooked but not too soft.
4. Add the eggs to the side of the pan, and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring to avoid large pieces.
5. Mix all the contents of the pan together.
6. Drizzle the sauces over the rice and pour the onion mixture on top. Mix well.
7. Heat in the oven 15-20 minutes before serving.
