• 1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded and mashed
• 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
• 1 medium tomato, peeled and chopped
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 Tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
