Reuben Spread

This recipe is a real hit at parties and get togethers. Corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut and thousand island dressing are baked together into a delicious hot dip. Serve with cocktail rye bread.

Ingredients

• 3 (2.5 oz) packages thin sliced packaged corn beef
• 3/4 lbs. shredded swiss cheese
• 1 (16 oz) can sauerkraut, drained and minced
• 1 (16 oz) bottle thousand island dressing.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

In a medium bowl, mix corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and thousand island salad dressing.

Transfer the mixture to a 10 inch pie dish and bake in the preheated oven 30 to 45 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
