Ingredients
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup green olives
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1 tea. dried red chilil flakes
- 1 cup whilte wine
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tea. sugar
- 2 tilapia fillets
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- crusty bread, for serving

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a suacepan, combine tomato sauce, olives, capers, chili flakes, wine, vinegar, and sugar. Bring to a boil, and then turn off the heat.
Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a baking dish and spoon all the sauce over them
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
Serve on a warm plattter with a drizzle of good olive oil and some crusty bread.
