Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/2 c espresso, chilled
  • 3/4 c amaretto
  • 2 c cream soda, chilled

Step 1

Place 2 scoops ice cream in each of 6 glasses. Pour 1/4 c espresso, 2 T amaretto. Fill with cream soda and serve.
