Peanut Clusters (Christian Albright)

Ingredients

• 1 12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels (I like the milk chocolate
• but you can use whatever you like)
• 1 12 oz. pkg. butterscotch morsels
• 12 oz.spanish peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chocolate and butterscotch morsels in a large microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave
on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir. Continue microwaving for 30 seconds at a
time, stirring until morsels are melted. Add peanuts. Stir until peanuts
are well coated. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with wax
paper. Store in a cool place. Makes
approximately 36 clusters.
