Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 6 cups lettuce
- 1/4 lb bean sprouts
- 1 (8 oz) can water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 medium cucumber
- 4 cups cooked chicken
- 1 (6 oz) pkg frozen pea pods, thawed
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tsp curry
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp ginger

Preparation
Step 1
Start with 3 cups lettuce on the bottom. Layer the next ingredients, ending with the last 3 cups of lettuce.
Dressing: mix the mayonnaise, curry, sugar and ginger together.
Put dressing on top of salad. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with halved cherry tomatoes.
