Milky Way Cake (Adam Price)

Ingredients

• Frosting:
• 6 Milky Way bars (large)
• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2-1/2 cups sifted flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1-1/4 cup butter milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 lb. powdered sugaar
• 1 stick butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 (8 oz) pakg cream cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt candy bars and 1/2 cup butter in sauce pan over low heat.

Cream remaining butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.

Add flour and soda alternately with buttermilk; stir until smooth.

Add melted candy, mix well. Stir in vanilla and nuts.

Bake in greased and floured 10" tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour & 20 minutes.

Frosting:
Mix butter & cream cheese; add vanilla, then sugar.

Note: Also frosts 3-layer cake.
