Ingredients
- 16 oz. Rotelli Pasta
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 3/4 c sour cream/plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- garlic and onion salt
- 1/2 t lemon pepper
- 2 T. dried basil, crushed
- 2 2/3 c red kidney beans drained (2 cans of various beans are better)
- 1 c snow pea pods
- 1 1/2 cups carrots cut into 1/2" strips
- 1/2 green onions chopped
- 1 c cuc's sliced into strips
- 1/2 c celery strips

Step 1
Cook and drain pasta. Mix mayo, parsley, cheese, lemon juice, garlic and basil. In separate bowl toss beans, pasta, peas, and carrots. Combine all ingredients and toss together. Chill and serve.
