Ingredients

  • Paste Food Coloring (I use Wilton)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and flavorings. Add paste food color. (Be careful not to use to much, dip a toothpick in coloring, and then swirl in). Add powdered sugar. It may take more or less sugar depending on the weather. Dough should be like "Play Dough", soft but not sticky.

Roll into balls, dip in granulated sugar and press into mold. Unmold on wax paper and let dry 1-2 days. If mints stick in mold, use a small amount of granulated sugar in mold.
