Ingredients
- 4-5 pound french or boston roast
- 2 large onions,sliced into rings
- 5 cloves garlic,diced
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 1 cup water
- pepper
- paprika
- onion powder
- garlic powder

Preparation
Step 1
1. Line pot with half the onions and garlic cloves.Rub roast with rest of garlic cloves. Liberally spice both sides of roast with all spices. Place in pot.
2. Place rest of onions on top of roast. Sprinkle more paprika on top of onions. Add water and wine to pan.
3. Cover pot and let cook for 3 hours.
4. Remove from heat, let cool, place in fridge overnight. Slice. Freeze.
5. Remove form freezer and allow roast to thaw, cook on 350 degree for 1 in a half hours.
