- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp milk (or water)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt

In a bowl, combine butter, sugar & salt. Beat til blended.
Add the milk or wayer & vanilla & beat for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until smooth & creamy.
