  • 1 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/4 C. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 C. rhubarb
  • 3 C. strawberries
  • double crust

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sugar, flour and nutmeg. Stir in eggs beaten. Fold in rhubarb, coat well. Fold in strawberries, coat well. Pour into double crust pie plate, top with 2nd crust and cut slits.
Bake at 400* for 45 min to 1 hour.
