Ingredients
- 27 oz. tortellini
- 664.5 oz. condensed tomato soup
- 6 C. vegetable broth
- 6 C. milk
- 6 C. half & half
- 1 1/2 C. sundried tomatoes
- 3 tsp. onion powder
- 3 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 tsp. dried basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 C. shredded parmesan cheese

Step 1
Cook tortellini according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, in large soup pot, combine the soup, broth, milk, cream, tomatoes and seasonings. Heat through, stirring frequently. Drain tortellini, carefully add to soup. Stir in cheese.
