Ingredients
- Pistachio Frosting:
- 1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
- 1 cup of salad oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup of club soda
- 2 envelopes whipped topping
- 1 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first six ingredients, beat 4 minutes at med. speed. Pour into greased bunt pan. Bake 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Frosting- mix topping and cold water on high speed. Add pudding; beat until fluffy.
