Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

Ingredients

• 1 # ground beef
• 3/4 Bisquick
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups chopped onions
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

First heat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Saute beef and onions until onions are translucent. Drain mixture, set aside.

Mix bisquick, milk and egg in it until it gets smooth. Then pour this mixture over the beef and onions mixture.

Spray a pie pan with cooking spray, put mixture into pan. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it for about 30 minutes or until the wooden pick inserted in the center of it comes out clean.

Cool it for 5 minutes and then serve it.
