Substitute cashew butter for peanut butter to make a cashew sauce!

Ingredients
- Peanut Sauce:
- 1 large shallot or small onion chopped
- olive oil
- 8 cups chopped kale
- 1/4 cup peanut sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1/8 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp wheat free tamari sauce
- 1/2 tbsp agave nectar
- 1/2 tbsp molasses
- 1/2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion
Add kale and cook until tender
Meanwhile whisk together sauce in bowl
Pour peanut sauce over the saute
Season to taste
