Ingredients
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1-lb. boneless sirloin steak, cubed
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Step 1
Combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plastic zipping bag; add sirloin, shaking to coat.
Melt butter in a 12" skillet over medium heat; brown sirloin with garlic. Add broth, water and mushrooms; mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, 30 minutes or until meat is tender. Uncover and simmer 10 minutes or until thickened. Stir in sour cream; heat thoroughly. Do not boil.
