Ingredients
- French Toast:
- 1 1/2 cups milk 375 mL
- 6 eggs
- 3 tbsp frozen orange juice 45 mL
- concentrate, thawed
- 8 slices day old French
- bread 1.2-2.5 cm (1/2-1") thick
- Buttery Orange Marmalade Sauce:
- 3/4 cup butter 175 mL
- 3/4 cup marmalade 175 mL

Preparation
Step 1
Combine milk, eggs, and orange juice concentrate in blender, blend well. Pour over bread slices (single layer) in large shallow pan Turn slices of bread over once; cover and refrigerate 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed. Bread may also be refrigerated overnight.
Preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Grease generously a 3 L (9x13") baking dish. Place bread slices wettest side up in dish. Bake in center of oven 20 to 35 minutes or until toast is golden. Serve immediately with warm marmalade sauce.
Sauce:
Combine butter and marmalade in small saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir until smoothly combined; keep warm.
