Ingredients

  • Stir all dry ingredients together:
  • 7 C. reg. Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 C. Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1 C. Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 C. chopped Nuts (any)
  • 2 T. Cinnamon
  • 2 T. Brown Sugar
  • 1 C. Wheat Germ
  • 1/2 C. Flax Seeds
  • 2/3 C. Dried Cranberries
  • 1 t. Sea Salt
  • 1 t. Nutmeg
  • Mix wet ingredients:
  • 1 C. Honey
  • 1/4 C. Water
  • 1 T. Almond Extract
  • 1 C. Grapeseed Oil
  • 2 T. Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix wet and dry ingredients until coated. Put on two cookie sheets and BAKE 200° for 30 minutes.

Take out and stir folding top to bottom. Bake for another 30 minutes.

Let cool. If you want it more crunchy put back in oven for 15 minute intervals stirring until desired crunchiness.
