This is a simplerecipe with no extras but celery, olives and shrimp may be added.

Ingredients
- 2 packages of gelatin
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 cups V-8 juice
- 2 Tablespoons minced onion
- Juice of 2 lemons (5 tablespoons)
- 2 Tablspoons vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 2 Tablesespoons sugar
- Dash of red pepper and allspice for taste

Step 1
Sprinkle gelatinover cold water in a bowl
While gelatin is soaking, heat reso of ingredients with V-9 juice. Simmer 5 minutes. Add gelatin to juice mixture and dissolve thoroughly. Pour into mold and chill.
