BANANAS CARAMEL
just a small amount of this sweet sauce is all thats needed. Scoops of butterscotch ripple or vanilla ice cream add even more to this dessert

Ingredients
- CARAMEL SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp butter or hard margarine
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 4 medium bananas sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Measure first 3 ingredients into small saucepan. Heat and stir until boiling. Boil for 2 minutes. Cool. Set pan in cold water to hasten cooling.
Add icing sugar. Mix well. Makes 1/2 cup sauce
Divide bananas among 6 bowls. Spoon sauce over top
