GOLDEN CORN BREAD

Ingredients

• 2 LG EGGS
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup veg oil
• 1 1/2 cup corn meal
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 2 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 3/4 tsp salt

HEAT- oven 450o coat 8x8 pan

BEAT- eggs in med bowl. Stir in milk, oil, corn meal,flour, sugar, baking powder until smooth. Batter should be creamy and pourable, if not add tbs of milk 1 at a time. Pour in dish
