Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons avocado or olive oil
- 1 lb lean ground beef or ground venison
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 large celery stalks, sliced
- 1 cup diced yukon gold potatoes (about 3 small)
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 3 cups low sodium beef broth
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
Set your Instant Pot to Saute. Add oil and beef (or venison) and cook until browned. Add remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Lock lid and set Instant Pot to Soup setting.
For the Slow Cooker:
In a large skillet, brown beef in oil over medium high heat. Add browned beef and remaining ingredients to a slow cooker. Stir well to combine. Cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 6-8 hours.
