Ingredients
- 1/2 ½ lb Italian sausage
- 16 oz frozen hash browns (4 cups)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can 14 oz chicken broth
- 2 c water
- 1-10¾ oz can cream of celery soup
- 1-10¾ oz can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c milk

Step 1
Brown sausage in a dutch oven over medium heat, stirring until crumbly and no longer pink. Drain and return to dutch oven.
Add hash browns, and next 3 ingredients, bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk; cook, stirring until heated through.
