Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup corn flakes crumbs
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 4 tsp butter/hard margarine, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Beat egg in bowl. Add milk, salt and pepper. Stir.
Stir next 4 ingredients together in shallow dish.
Dip each piece of chicken into egg mixture. Coat with crumb mixture. Arrange on greased baking sheet.
Drizzle each breast half with 1 tsp melted butter. Bake in 350 oven for about 1 hour until tender.
