Jello Pinwheels

• 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package Jello gelatin, any flavor
• 1/2 cup warm water
• 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows or 12 large marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

1 Lightly spray an 8 or 9 inch square pan with cooking spray.
2 Mix gelatin and water in 1 1/2-2 qt microwavable bowl.
3 Cook on high 1 1/2 minutes.
4 Stir to dissolve completely.
5 Add marshmallows to gelatin.
6 Microwave one minute or until marshmallows are almost melted.
7 Stir until completely melted and mixture is smooth (creamy layer will float to top).
8 Pour into prepared pan.
9 Refrigerate 45 minutes or until set.
10 Loosen edges with knife dipped in warm water.
11 Starting at one end, roll up tightly.
12 With seam side down, cut into 10-12 1/2 inch slices.
13 Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
