    Package Ore-Ida® Original Grillers

  • 1

    Pound Lean Ground Beef

  • 1

    Package Taco Seasoning Mix (1.25 oz.)

  • 7

    Tablespoons Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature

  • 1

    Large Tomato, chopped

  • 1/2

    Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

1..Preheat oven to 450ºF. Place Grillers on baking sheet in single layer. Bake uncovered for 8 minutes and turn over. 2..Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium high heat, brown ground beef for about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, and drain if needed. Reduce heat to medium, and add 3/4 cup of water and seasoning mix. Heat for another 1 to 2 minutes, or until thickened, stirring often. 3..Spread about 1 tsp. of cream cheese onto each Griller and spoon about 1-1/2 Tbsp. of beef mixture on top. Sprinkle tomato and cheddar cheese on top. 4..Bake uncovered for another 7 to 8 minutes, or until Grillers are crispy. Garnish with chopped green onion and sour cream if desired.
