Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1/8 teaspoon Cream of Tarter
- 6 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Measure water, remove 1 Tablespoon and mix with Cornstarch. Set aside.
Bring remaining water to a boil. Stir boiling water into Cornstarch paste. Cook, stirring until thick and clear. Cover and cool.
Beat Egg Whites with Cream of Tarter. Gradually beat in Sugar alternately with Cornstarch mixture, 2 Tablespoons at a time. Beat in Vanilla. Spread to Crust on all sides. Bake 8-10 minutes at 425`f, until slightly toasted color.
