Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups sifted flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup nuts, finely chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 stick butter, softened

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter until soft. Add sugar and cream until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Sift dry ingredients. Add them alternately with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Stir inn vanilla.
Pour 1/2 batter into greased angel food, bundt or tube pan, reserving other 1/2 of batter.
Mix topping ingredients together and crumble 1/2 over batter in pan. Pour remaining batter in pan, and crumble rest of topping over batter.
Bake in pre-heated 325 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. Remove from pan when slightly cooled (will fall apart if removed too soon!).
